43 acres Findley Road

Description

Are you or someone you know a developer, community planner, someone hoping to create a subdivision in an awesome rural neighborhood like North Noel rd! this Large 43 acre nearly pie shaped parcel offering paved road frontage all along the front creating easier entrance for multiple sections and road ways for building maybe a nursing home, or multiple smaller one level options for a seniors community with enough space for community park / medical office etc the aging population of the surrounding areas (Noel, Maitland, Rawdon etc) would be thrilled to see construction on a building that is going to give them the option to stay living in their community. Or your just starting out and prices in the city are just too much so maybe this area could use some more affordable housing options like a trailer park or rows of Duplexs options are endless with the right vision. There is also electricity available at the site - so wire hookup would be simple. Of course All amenities you could ever need are just mins away in Kennetcook (6 mins), Burntcoat Park / beach (13mins) or for when you need to get away the airport only 40 mins away (maybe this is great location for a new Hotel).
