Description

This beautiful 131 Acre site is nestled in the beautiful natural landscape of Country Harbour, just 20 kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean on the east coast of Nova Scotia. The extensive mixed forest area, with its mature tree population, is located directly on West Side Country Harbour Road, a public road that is cleared in winter and maintained by the municipality. It consists of a total of three plots: two contiguous forest areas (74 Acres + 54 Acres) and a directly adjacent building plot (Lot 1 with 3 Acres) directly on the road. A complete survey for is available. There is no building obligation, or restrictive covenants. From the rear upper area, a magnificent mountain stream with crystal clear water meanders through the property down into the valley. Huge Crownland areas border on the sides and above. You can take an ATV Via a former wood road to the upper area. Below the 128 Acre site, on the opposite side of the street, another approx. 62 Acre area with large former farm areas and a stately, two-storey barn building is for sale. Along a border of this property runs a beautiful little river for about 1.2 km, which flows down the valley into the Country Harbour River (our MLS #202407283).
